Purchases
I spent winter break ordering dresses and foundation garments for the Ronnettes. Hopefully everything will fit once it comes in. The dresses for "You Never Know" are already going to need alteration to make them bigger even though I ordered the largest size which was a 4X. The whole plus size fashion industry is still failing our big girls tremendously, even though it's improved by leaps and bounds since I started in this position.

The build
I'm adding a skirt flounce and a stand up collar to the dresses for "Suppertime" which I bought from Amazon and are made from stretch velvet. I patterned the additional pieces over break, as well as cut them. They will be made from a medium weight purple rayon with an overlayer of sparkly net.
